These terms apply when you use the Kite Travels website, create an account, or send us a booking or trip request. By using the site you agree to them.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You need to verify your email address before you can book or request a custom trip.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the site, for example by sending spam or false information.

Booking requests

• Booking a package or experience on the site sends us a request. It isn't confirmed until our team approves it and lets you know by email.
• Prices shown are per person or per trip as labelled and are calculated from the options you choose. If anything changes (for example availability or seasonal rates), we'll tell you before confirming.
• Payment, cancellation and refund terms for your trip are confirmed in writing when your booking is approved.

Custom trip quotes

• The estimate shown in the trip planner is a guide only. Our team sends you a quote, which you can accept or decline.
• Requesting a quote is free and doesn't commit you to anything.

Reviews, journals and photos

• Only travellers who booked a trip can review it or write a journal about it.
• Post only your own photos and honest experiences. Don't include other people's personal details.
• You keep ownership of what you post, and give us permission to show it on the site. We review submissions and may decline or remove content that is false, offensive or breaks these terms.

Using the site

• Don't try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site.
• Content on the site (text, photos, design) belongs to Kite Travels or its contributors.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
